The dress code for MUNIAL is formal, including the workshops and the ceremonies. Business attire would be appropriate for female participants. Suits, ties and jackets would be appropriate for male participants. It is absolutely not allowed to wear casual clothes. Participants attending to one of the historical committees may apply the national clothes of the date.

You do not need previous experience to participate. However, experienced participants will be prioritized and will be allocated, accordingly. When deciding on your committee preferences, please bear in mind that; only experienced delegates will be allocated to the Joint Crisis Committee and United Nations Security Council.
Only a delegate will be representing his/her allocated country in a committee.
Individual delegates are not allowed to represent their own country and the delegations are not allowed to represent the country of their school/institution.
Yes, under special conditions a delegation may attend to the conference without an advisor.
Delegates may get prepared by examining the study guides written by the Chair Team of IALMUN.
Delegates who miss more than 2 sessions will not be able to have their certificates of participation.

There is no limitation for the maximum number of delegates in a delegation. However, the Secretariat reserves the right to ask the delegation representative to reduce the total number of delegates in their delegation, due to limited number of seats.
Only 2 observers may accompany an institution. Observers are also required to make payment and the ones who apply for this position are required to be older than the age of 24.
The transportation fee for the participants who wish to be transported from the airport is €10 per participant.. However, shuttles will depart at certain times which will be announced soon on the website.
It is not possible for participants to pay in person. Payments are only accepted if they are sent through the bank account.
No, the conference fee does not cover the accommodation. Details regarding the accommodation will be published to our website soon.
You should be at the conference venue before the Opening Ceremony. However you can also arrive at Izmir High School a day earlier by asking an extra night from the accommodation team.
